This project was a speculative development for a private client of Jumeirah Homes. Designed by award winning Western Australian Architect Mr Gerald Bosich, the two, green title homes have been designed to compliment the oceanside living of Cottesloe.

The success of this project is evident through the teamwork practices engaged by the builder, client and architect. Whilst using leading technology and design flair in all services, fittings and fixtures, the home is extremely practical for today’s family living.

Architect Gerald Bosich called on his previous experience of working with Builder Heath Davies of Jumeirah Homes, to assist in the development, buildability and budgeting consultation of such a design.

Jumeirah Homes believe that clients must be given the opportunity to alter designs and finishes as construction progresses due to the new technologies, products and styles entering the market so frequently. As such, our client was able to introduce changes to suit and this has resulted in a home where all parties involved are exceedingly pleased.

The homes consist of two storeys’ including 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, study, Living, Dining, Family, Kitchen, 2 car garage, numerous outdoor living areas and is complimented by extensive landscaping and premium internal fit-out. Large Balconies off the master bedroom provide for additional outdoor living.

The final product is the result of immense teamwork and understanding of the clients’ desires. An open dialogue between client and builder was established early in the project and constant daily programming and updating ensured the client remained well informed of timing for final decisions.

We trust this home will be a testament to our commitment to our clients, architects and the building industry as a whole and will be looking to use it as our marketing advantage in the future.The development has been a huge success with both properties being on-sold to individual purchases.
