This home evolved through the requirement of a new home in which our client desired to raise her young family. The client engaged renowned Western Australian Architect Gerald Bosich, whose pre-dominantly commercial design background, blended with the clients love of modern, minimalistic styles to produce a home of unique living and aesthetically pleasing space.

Designed with the needs of three young children in mind, the home centres around the main living areas downstairs, with the majority of bedrooms situated on the second storey. Whilst using leading technology and design flair in all services, fittings and fixtures, the home is extremely practical for young children.

Architect Gerald Bosich called on his previous experience of working with Builder Heath Davies of Jumeirah Homes, to assist in the development, buildability and budgeting consultation of such a design.

Jumeirah Homes believe that clients must be given the opportunity to alter designs and finishes as construction progresses due to the new technologies, products and styles entering the market so frequently. As such, our client was able to introduce changes to suit and this has resulted in a home where all parties involved are exceedingly pleased.

The home consists of two storeys' including 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, study, home theatre, Living, Dining, Family, Kitchen, Alfresco Kitchen, 3 car garage, expansive lobby, outdoor living area and swimming pool, complimented by extensive landscaping and premium internal fit-out.

The final product is the result of immense teamwork and understanding of the clients' desires. An open dialogue between client and builder was established early in the project and constant daily programming and updating ensured the client remained well informed of timing for final decisions.

We are greatly pleased with the efforts of all involved. The construction programme ran smoothly and careful planning and constant supervision ensured a continous flow of trades. We trust this home will be a testament to our commitment to our clients, architects and the building industry as a whole and will be looking to use it as our marketing advantage in the future.
